Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This allows enough time for the appropriate paperwork to be completed as well as a consultation so that we can tailor your service to fit your needs.
All scheduled appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. All appointments that are cancelled after the required time will be subject to a charge of $125.
All appointments are scheduled to allow the appropriate time for your service. Please make sure you arrive on time so that we may provide you with the best possible service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, your appointment will been forfeited and the cancellation policy will apply.
It is extremely important to be honest about any health conditions that you have. This allows us to give you the treatment that will best fit your needs. If you have any allergies, injuries or special needs that will affect your treatment, please let us know prior to your appointment.
methods of payment:
We accept cash, local checks (with VT ID), Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Payment is due upon services rendered. Any returned check will result in a $35.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered. Guests with returned checks are not permitted to use checks as a future method of payment.
